This is the most direct impression of my impression of Japan when I first arrive in Japan. Sushi is a perfect representation of Japanese food. No matter the sushi is cheap or expensive it is always carefully prepared and well plated. The Japanese people pay a lot of attention to the artistic not only food but also many other aspects of their life.[1]
