Edible steps

1 Wash your hand first! You can use your hand to take the sushi, when you pick up the sushi, you’d better use your thumb and middle finger to hold the two sides of the sushi and use your index finger to press and hold the fish side.

2 Then, you need to prepare the sushi soy sauce and the Japanese wasabi. I know many people like to mix them together. This is NOT right! You need to dip the wasabi first and then dip the soy sauce. Another thing we need to pay attention is that don’t dip the rice side into the sauce. Only the fish side with a little bit sauce is enough and don’t drop the rice into the sauce because that is not aesthetic and impolite.

3 Now you can eat sushi, but please eat the whole piece at one time and never put half piece back to the plates. If you feel the piece is too big you can remind the chief to make a smaller one.

4 If you feel full you can put your chopsticks on the plate of soy sauce. That means you eat enough!

5 A cup of eat will be perfect after you finish the sushi. You can also eat some sushi ginger if you like.
